Whipped Feta Toast with Lavender and Honey
Give your summer toast a floral upgrade. This light and sweet whipped feta toast is topped with honey, dried lavender buds and fresh lemon zest for a light breakfast or snack.

INGREDIENTS
| 1 slice | Artisan bread or sourdough bread, toasted |
| 1 container | Athenos Traditional Whipped Feta Cheese Dip & Spread |
| 1 container | Honey |
| 1-2 tsp | dried lavender sprigs |
| 1 | lemon, zested |
Method

- Toast the slice of bread in a toaster or in a pan with 1-2 tbsp of butter.
- With the back of a spoon or spreader, spread a light layer of whipped feta in rows across the toast.
- Top with lavender sprigs and a drizzle of honey.
