Whipped Feta Lox Dip
This whipped feta lox dip is an instant brunch classic. This easy dip is made with a tangy base of whipped feta and topped with all of your favorite bagel toppings like red onion, fresh dill and lemon zest.

INGREDIENTS
| 1 packet | sliced smoked salmon, chopped into bite size pieces |
| 1 container | Athenos Traditional Whipped Feta Cheese Dip & Spread |
| 1/4 | red onion, thinly sliced |
| 2 tbsp | freshly chopped dill |
| 1 | lemon, zested |
| 1 package | Everything bagels or small toasted bread slices, for serving |
Method

- Spread Athenos whipped feta container onto a shallow bowl or small plate.
- Top with chopped pieces of smoked salmon, thinly sliced red onion, chopped dill and lemon zest.
- Serve with toasted bagels or crostinis.
