Whipped Feta Lox Dip

This whipped feta lox dip is an instant brunch classic. This easy dip is made with a tangy base of whipped feta and topped with all of your favorite bagel toppings like red onion, fresh dill and lemon zest.

INGREDIENTS

1 packet sliced smoked salmon, chopped into bite size pieces
1 container Athenos Traditional Whipped Feta Cheese Dip & Spread
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
1 lemon, zested
1 package Everything bagels or small toasted bread slices, for serving

Method

    1. Spread Athenos whipped feta container onto a shallow bowl or small plate.
    2. Top with chopped pieces of smoked salmon, thinly sliced red onion, chopped dill and lemon zest. 
    3. Serve with toasted bagels or crostinis.
