Mini Carrot Peppers with Whipped Feta
Give your spring crudite platters a charming twist with mini peppers filled with whipped feta! Add some fresh parsley or dill to the 'carrot tops' of these peppers for cute and festive snack.

| 12 | mini orange peppers |
| 1 container | Athenos Traditional Whipped Feta Cheese Dip & Spread |
| 1 container | springs of fresh dill, for topping |
Method

- Cut each orange pepper in half and remove the seeds.
- Spread a thin layer of Athenos Whipped Feta into each orange pepper half.
- Top each top of the pepper with a fresh dill or parsley sprig to serve as the stem of the carrot.
