INGREDIENTS

1-2 slices sourdough bread
1 container Athenos Traditional Whipped Feta Cheese Dip & Spread
1 container Raspberry jam
1 lemon, zested
1 jar honey, for drizzling

Method

    1. Toast each slice of bread in a toaster or in a pan with 1-2 tbsp of butter. 
    2. With the back of a spoon, spread a light layer of whipped feta and raspberry jam, alternating in rows across the toast.
    3. Top with lemon zest and a drizzle of honey.
