It's not summer without feta and watermelon! These watermelon feta tajin skewers are the perfect transportable appetizer for summer.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon chunks
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 limes, juiced and zested
  • ¼ cup agave syrup
  • ½ jalapeno, minced
  • 1 cup Athenos feta cheese crumbles
  • Tajin

Method

  1. Skewer watermelon chunks and fresh basil leaves evenly onto skewers and place on a large platter.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together lime juice, lime zest, agave syrup and jalapeno. Drizzle over watermelon skewers and let marinate for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator. Sprinkle generously with tajin and feta cheese before serving.
