An easy and customizable pita wrap that can be prepared at home or packed into lunches!
- 1 multigrain pita
- ¼ cup hummus, any flavor
- 1 small roma tomato, thinly sliced
- ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp crumbled Athenos Feta cheese
- ½ cup alfalfa sprouts or greens
- Spread hummus over ½ of the pita wrap.
- Layer in tomato slices, cucumber slices, and feta cheese.
- Add the alfalfa sprouts on the other half of the pita wrap, fold together and enjoy!
