Zesty Herb Tajín Crumbled Feta Cheese Cantaloupe Salad

Look towards warmer weather with a Zesty Herb Cantaloupe Salad made with Athenos Tajín Crumbled Feta Cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, plus extra for topping
  • 1/2 cup white balsamic vinaigrette
  • 3 oz Athenos Tajín Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 small cantaloupe cut into long spears
  • 2 mangos, cut into spears
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp Tajín Clásico seasoning

Method

  1.  In a medium bowl mix together cantaloupe spears, mango spears, red onion, Tajín Clásico seasoning, basil and white balsamic vinaigrette until combined.
  2. Transfer mixture to a serving platter. Top fruit with Athenos Tajín Crumbled Feta Cheese and extra fresh basil leaves.
