Mini Pumpkins Stuffed with Whipped Feta

Get in the Halloween spirit with these stuffed whipped feta mini pumpkins. Use these as an anchor to a fall themed charcuterie board. Simply fill with Athenos whipped feta and serve alongside your favorite fall charcuterie items!

Ingredients

  • 3 mini pumpkins
  • 2 - 8 oz containers Athenos Whipped Feta
  • 2-3 different kinds of crackers
  • 1 small bowl of honey
  • 1 small bowl of preserves
  • 1 green apple, sliced
  • 1 red apple, sliced

Method

  1. Cut the tops off of the mini pumpkins and hollow out the seeds and insides.
  2. Fill each pumpkin with whipped feta.
  3. Arrange the filled pumpkins on a small charcuterie board. Surround them with an assortment of crackers, honey, preserves, and apple slices.
