- 3 pita bread rounds, cut into triangles
- 1/2 cup Athenos Original Hummus
- 1/2 cup tzatziki
- 1/3 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 avocado, diced
- 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- Cut pita bread rounds into triangles and arrange on a platter or a shallow bowl.
