Ingredients
- 24 (1/2-inch) seeded cucumberchunks (about 1/2 cup)
- 24 (1/2-inch) watermeloncubes (about 1 cup)
- 24 fresh mintleaves
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese, cut into 24 cubes
- 2 Tbsp. sweet balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Method
Thread first 4 ingredients onto 24 small wooden skewers.
Place on serving plate.
Drizzle with dressing.
