Baked Athenos Feta Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed red and yellow grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Method

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Combine tomatoes, garlic and oil.
Place cheese in shallow baking dish; top with tomato mixture.
Bake 15 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with basil.
