Athenos Traditional Chunk Feta & Mezzetta Olives Checkerboard Platter

Ingredients

  • 1-2 blocks of Athenos Traditional Chunk Feta, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1-2 cups Mezzetta green olives
  • Olive Oil
  • 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Method

  1. Arrange cheese cubes and green olives onto a platter in a checkerboard pattern, overlapping each flavor.
  2. Drizzle the cheese and olives with a light, even drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle feta and olives with an even sprinkling of red pepper flakes, and kosher salt.
