- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts(1 lb.)
- 1 pkg. (0 oz.) mixed salad greens
- 3 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 3/4 cup sliced peeled cucumbers
- 3/4 cup Kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Greek Vinaigrette Dressing with Real ATHENOS Feta Cheese
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
Heat grill to medium heat.
Grill chicken 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F).
Cut chicken into thin strips. Toss with salad greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and onions in large bowl.
Add dressing just before serving; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano.
