Ingredients
- 16 ounces sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/4 cups chopped dill pickles
- 3 tbsp pickle juice
- 1/3 cup Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
- Kosher salt, for taste
- Cracked black pepper, for taste
- Fresh veggies, crackers, pita chips for serving
Method
- In a medium bowl add sour cream or Greek yogurt, dill pickles, pickle juice, feta cheese, fresh dill, and fresh chives.
- Mix the dip together until the consistency is smooth and combined. Add a pinch of salt and cracked black pepper. Taste test and season accordingly.
