Ingredients
- 1-2 blocks of Athenos Traditional Chunk Feta, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1-2 cups Mezzetta green olives
- Olive Oil
- 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Method
- Arrange cheese cubes and green olives onto a platter in a checkerboard pattern, overlapping each flavor.
- Drizzle the cheese and olives with a light, even drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle feta and olives with an even sprinkling of red pepper flakes, and kosher salt.
