These crisp, grilled street corn ears just got a little zestier. We've sprinkled each ear generously with Athenos Tajín Crumbled Feta Cheese for an extra sharp and bold flavor in every bite!
Ingredients
- 4-6 ears of corn, shucked
- Olive oil
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Tajín Clásico seasoning
- 3 oz Athenos Tajín Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
Method
1. Shuck and clean each corn on the cob. Brush an even layer of olive oil onto each of the ears corn.
2. Preheat a grill pan to medium-high heat or a grill to medium-high temperature. Add the corn on the grill pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning 2-3 times while cooking. Corn should be slightly darker in color and charred on the outside.
3. Once the corn is finished cooking, brush evenly with melted butter and mayonnaise on all sides.
4. Sprinkle evenly with Tajín Clásico seasoning, Tajín Crumbled Feta Cheese and chopped cilantro.
