Whipped Feta Crostini

INGREDIENTS
| 1 container | Athenos Mango Jalapeño Whipped Feta Cheese Dip & Spread |
| 1 container | Athenos Roasted Red Pepper Whipped Feta Cheese Dip & Spread |
| 1 container | Cucumber Dill Whipped Feta Cheese Dip & Spread |
| 1-2 tsp | olive oil |
| 1-2 tsp | kosher salt |
| 1 cup | fresh mango, finely diced |
| 1 | small jalapeño, thinly sliced |
| 2 | small Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced |
| 1/4 cup | fresh dill sprigs |
| 1 | baguette, thinly sliced |
Method

- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place the baguette slices on a large baking sheet. Drizzle evenly with olive oil and sprinkle a little kosher salt onto the tops of the bread slices.
- Place baguette slices into the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Be sure to watch closely to prevent burning.
- Divide toasted baguette slices into three sections. Spread about 1 tablespoon of each whipped feta flavor onto each section of toasted baguette slices.
- Top each slice with fresh toppings according to whipped feta flavors.
