Watermelon Feta Star Appetizers

Just slice watermelon and Athenos Traditional Chunk Feta into thin pieces, cut with a star-shaped cookie cutter, and finish with a blueberry on top — plus a drizzle of balsamic glaze if you’re feeling fancy. | 1/2 | small watermelon, thinly sliced |
| 1-2 blocks | Athenos Traditional Feta Chunk |
| 1 cup | fresh blueberries |
| 1-2 tbsp | Balsamic glaze, optional |
| 1 | star shaped cookie cutter |
Method

- Cut out stars of watermelon and feta cheese with a star cookie cutter.
- Place the watermelon and feta slices on top of each other and a blueberry in the center of the star.
- Place finished stars onto a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
