Just slice watermelon and Athenos Traditional Chunk Feta into thin pieces, cut with a star-shaped cookie cutter, and finish with a blueberry on top — plus a drizzle of balsamic glaze if you’re feeling fancy. INGREDIENTS

1/2 small watermelon, thinly sliced
1-2 blocks Athenos Traditional Feta Chunk
1 cup fresh blueberries
1-2 tbsp Balsamic glaze, optional
1 star shaped cookie cutter

Method

    1. Cut out stars of watermelon and feta cheese with a star cookie cutter.
    2. Place the watermelon and feta slices on top of each other and a blueberry in the center of the star.
    3. Place finished stars onto a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
