Tomato Flight with Feta

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | large heirloom tomato, cut into 3 thick slices |
| 3-4 | fresh basil leaves |
| 1-2 oz | olive oil |
| 1-2 oz | Balsamic glaze |
| 4 oz | Athenos Crumbled Traditional Feta Cheese |
| 4-5 slices | Persian cucumbers |
| 2-3 | olives |
| 1-2 oz | Italian or Za'atar seasoning |
| 2-3 tbsp | Tzatziki sauce |
| 4-5 | pickle slices |
| 4-5 | fresh dill sprigs |
Method

- Cut the tomato into 3 thick slices and place onto a serving board.
- Add each individual tomato toppings evenly onto each tomato and serve.
