Taco salad with Tajín Feta
A lighter, healthier version of the legendary taco salad! This easy taco salad is made with a few simple fresh ingredients. The zesty tajin feta and bold taco meat pack made this salad protein rich and full of flavor!

INGREDIENTS
| 4 cups | Romaine lettuce, chopped |
| 1/4 | red onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 cup | cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 2 tsp | olive oil |
| 1 Ib | ground turkey |
| 1 packet | taco seasoning |
| 1/2 cup | water |
| 1/3 cup | Athenos Crumbled Tajín Feta Cheese |
| 1/2 cup | creamy cilantro dressing |
| 1/2 tbsp | Tajín seasoning |
Method

- Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add in olive oil and ground turkey. Break apart the ground turkey and cook for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through.
- Once turkey has just finished cooking add in the packet of taco seasoning and ½ cup water. Stir together and cook for 1-2 minutes or until most of the water has evaporated. Remove from heat and set aside to let the turkey cool.
- In a large bowl add romaine lettuce, red onion, cherry tomatoes and Tajín feta. Drizzle with desired amount of creamy cilantro dressing and toss salad ingredients together. Distribute salad into 4 smaller salad bowls or 2 larger bowls.
- Top with cooked turkey taco meat and a sprinkle of Tajín seasoning.
