Layered Roasted Red Pepper Whipped Feta Jar
This savory parfait is the perfect light bit to serve all summer long. Easy to make and made with rich layers of roasted red pepper whipped feta, chili crisp and savory green onions. Bring this flavorful appetizer and a bottle of chilled wine out for your next summer happy hour.

INGREDIENTS
| 1 container | Athenos Roasted Red Pepper Whipped Feta Cheese Dip & Spread |
| 3 | green onions, thinly sliced |
| 1-2 | roasted red peppers (in a jar), diced |
| 1-2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1-2 tbsp | chili crisp |
| 1 box | long crackers or breadsticks, for serving |
Method

- Finely chop green onions and roasted red peppers.
- Add 1-2 tsp of olive oil and chili crisp into the bottom of a glass jar. Layer on 1-2 heaping tbsp of roasted red pepper whipped feta. Top with half of the green onions and the diced roasted red peppers.
- Top the roasted red peppers with 2 more heaping tbsp of roasted red pepper whipped feta. Smooth the top out and drizzle with a bit more olive oil and chili crisp.
- Top with remaining green onions and serve with crackers.
