INGREDIENTS
2 SERVINGS| 1 | pita bread round, cut into triangles |
| 1/2 cup | Athenos Original Hummus |
| 1/2 cup | tzatziki |
| 1/3 cup | halved cherry tomatoes |
| 1/3 | avocado, diced |
| 1/3 cup | red bell pepper, diced |
| 1/4 cup | red onion, finely diced |
| 2 tbsp | fresh parsley, minced |
Method

- Cut pita bread rounds into triangles and arrange on a platter or a shallow bowl.
- In the center add dollops of Athenos original hummus and tzatziki.
- Layer evenly with cherry tomatoes, avocado, red bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
