Green Goddess Feta Dip on Crudite Board

A fresh green goddess dip is an herbaceous spring must make recipe! This easy dip is filled to the brim with fresh spring herbs and tangy feta cheese for the perfect bite. Serve on a crudite board with fresh veggie sticks and crackers.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup fresh dill
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp kosher salt
1 sleeve crackers, for serving
1 cucumber, sliced for serving
1 carrot, sliced for serving
1 yellow, red or orange bell pepper, for serving

Method

    1. In a food processor add dill, parsley, basil, garlic, green onions and lemon juice. Pulse herb mixture together until finely chopped.
    2. To the herb mixture add olive oil, feta cheese, greek yogurt, and a pinch of kosher salt. Blend together until the mixture is smooth. Taste test for salt and adjust as needed.
    3. Serve dip with crackers, cucumbers, carrots and sliced bell peppers.
