INGREDIENTS

2 oblong flatbreads, cut in half
1 cup pesto
1/4 cup dried artichoke hearts, sliced
1 cup Athenos Crumbled Traditional Feta Cheese
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp pitted kalamata olives, halved
1 green onion, sliced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Method

    1. Heat oven to 400ºF.
    2. Place bread pieces in single layer on baking sheet; brush with reserved artichoke marinade.
    3. Top with cheese, tomatoes, artichokes and olives.
    4. Bake  10 to 12 min. or until heated through.
    5. Top  with onions and parsley.
