Charcuterie Chips with Feta
We're taking easy, salty snacks up a notch with these feta charcuterie chips. Golden kettle chips topped with layers of bold feta cheese, crispy prosciutto and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Pair with a gin and tonic for a happy hour delight!

INGREDIENTS
| 3-4 cups | kettle chips |
| 2 oz | Athenos Crumbled Traditional Feta |
| 1-2 oz | prosciutto, crisped in the air fryer or oven |
| 1/2 cup | green olives, chopped |
| 1 | lemon, squeezed |
Method

- Preheat the air fryer to 320 F. Add a few slices of prosciutto to the air fryer basket and cook for 5-6 minutes or until crispy, flipping half way through cooking.
- Once the prosciutto has crisped and cooked, crumple it up into smaller pieces.
- Add 1/3 of the kettle chips to a serving plate. Sprinkle feta onto the first layer of chips until most of the chips are covered. Sprinkle on 1/3 of the crispy prosciutto and a light squeeze of lemon.
- Continue on with the next two layers of chips, and feta cheese. Build each layer into a small mountain formation for extra height in presentation.
- Serve with aperol or hugo spritz.
