INGREDIENTS

1-2 blocks Atheno Traditional Chunk Feta Cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
1-2 cups Mezzetta green olives
olive oil
1-2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp Kosher salt

Method

    1. Arrange cheese cubes and green olives onto a platter in a checkerboard pattern, overlapping each flavor.
    2. Drizzle the cheese and olives with a light, even drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle feta and olives with an even sprinkling of red pepper flakes, and kosher salt.
