| 1-2 blocks | Atheno Traditional Chunk Feta Cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes |
| 1-2 cups | Mezzetta green olives |
| olive oil | |
| 1-2 tsp | red pepper flakes |
| 1/2 tsp | Kosher salt |
Method

- Arrange cheese cubes and green olives onto a platter in a checkerboard pattern, overlapping each flavor.
- Drizzle the cheese and olives with a light, even drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle feta and olives with an even sprinkling of red pepper flakes, and kosher salt.
