Athenos Protein Feta Mediterranean Meal Prep Bowls

INGREDIENTS

4 seasoned chicken breasts, grilled
10 oz container hummus
5 oz Athenos Protein Packed Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 10 oz container tzatziki
2 cups prepared tabbouleh salad
1 cup olives (green or kalamata)

Method

    1.  Grill / cook chicken breasts until the temperature reaches 165 F. Set aside to rest and slice against the grain into large chunks. 
    2. In 4 meal prep containers, add in even scoops of hummus, tzatziki, and tabbouleh salad. 
    3. Top with Athenos protein feta cheese and ¼ cup of kalamata or green olives. 
    4. Seal and refrigerate until serving.
