INGREDIENTS
| 16 oz | sour cream or plain Greek yogurt |
| 1 1/4 cups | chopped dill pickles |
| 3 tbsp | pickle juice |
| 1/3 cup | Athenos Crumbled Traditional Feta Cheese |
| 2 tbsp | chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish |
| 2 tbsp | chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish |
| Kosher salt, for taste | |
| cracked black pepper, for taste | |
| fresh veggies, crackers, pita chips for serving |
Method

- In a medium bowl add sour cream or Greek yogurt, dill pickles, pickle juice, feta cheese, fresh dill, and fresh chives.
- Mix the dip together until the consistency is smooth and combined. Add a pinch of salt and cracked black pepper. Taste test and season accordingly.
- Garnish with extra fresh chives and feta cheese crumbles.
- Serve with veggies, crackers or pita chips.
