INGREDIENTS

16 oz sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
1 1/4 cups chopped dill pickles
3 tbsp pickle juice
1/3 cup Athenos Crumbled Traditional Feta Cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
Kosher salt, for taste
cracked black pepper, for taste
fresh veggies, crackers, pita chips for serving

Method

    1. In a medium bowl add sour cream or Greek yogurt, dill pickles, pickle juice, feta cheese, fresh dill, and fresh chives.
    2. Mix the dip together until the consistency is smooth and combined. Add a pinch of salt and cracked black pepper. Taste test and season accordingly.
    3. Garnish with extra fresh chives and feta cheese crumbles.
    4. Serve with veggies, crackers or pita chips.
