INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Athenos Traditional Chunk Feta Cheese (8 oz) |
| 1/2 cup | all purpose flour |
| 1 | egg, whisked |
| 3/4 cup | panko breadcrumbs |
| olive oil spray | |
| 2 tbsp | hot honey |
| crackers, for serving |
Method

- In three medium bowls add flour to one, panko bread crumbs to the second and whisk an egg in the third bowl. Preheat air fryer to 400 F.
- Dip the feta chunk into the flour and coat on all sides. Then dip feta chunk into the whisked egg and coat on all sides. Dip into the panko breadcrumbs and press panko into all sides so it is coated evenly.
- Place a feta chunk into the preheated air fryer and spray with olive oil spray. Cook at 400 F for 5 minutes. Remove from the air fryer and place onto a serving platter. Drizzle with hot honey and serve with your favorite crackers.
