Green Bean Casserole with Feta

INGREDIENTS
| 4 cups | frozen cut green beans |
| 10.5 oz can | cream of mushroom soup |
| ½ cup | milk |
| 1 tsp | soy sauce |
| 1 tsp | garlic powder |
| cracked black pepper | |
| ½ cup | Athenos Crumbled Traditional Feta cheese |
| 1 ½ cups | fried onions, divided |
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Boil frozen green beans (or fresh if using) until they are defrosted and tender but still very crisp. About 2-3 minutes or so and remove from boiling water.
- In a large mixing bowl add drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, a few turns of cracked black pepper, feta cheese crumbles and ¾ cup of fried onions. Mix together until the beans are evenly coated in the sauce. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until the mixture is bubbling. Add the remaining fried onions on top and continue to bake for another 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
