Veggie Hummus Pita Wrap

An easy and customizable pita wrap that can be prepared at home or packed into lunches!

Ingredients

  • 1 multigrain pita
  • ¼ cup hummus, any flavor
  • 1 small roma tomato, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp crumbled Athenos Feta cheese
  • ½ cup alfalfa sprouts or greens

Method

 

  • Spread hummus over ½ of the pita wrap.
  • Layer in tomato slices, cucumber slices, and feta cheese.
  • Add the alfalfa sprouts on the other half of the pita wrap, fold together and enjoy!
