Jazz up your nachos, pita style! These healthy pita nachos are perfect for a midday snack. Piled high with fresh veggies and flavorful hummus and tzatziki for the perfect bite.

Ingredients

  • 3 pita bread rounds, cut into triangles
  • 1/2 cup Athenos Original Hummus
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki
  • 1/3 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 avocado, diced
  • 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced

Method

  1. Cut pita bread rounds into triangles and arrange on a platter or a shallow bowl.
  2. In the center add dollops of Athenos original hummus and tzatziki.
  3. Layer evenly with cherry tomatoes, avocado, red bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
