The end of summer and early fall is peak fig season, and these delicious, sweet, and jammy fruits pair perfectly with bold feta cheese. To a bed of mixed greens, add jammy fig halves, feta cheese, and your favorite balsamic dressing for a tasty fall salad.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups arugula or mixed field greens
  • ½ cup glazed nuts
  • 6-8 figs, quartered
  • ½ cup Athenos Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • Balsamic dressing

Method

  1. In a large shallow platter, add greens evenly. Top greens evenly with glazed nuts, figs, feta cheese, and red onion.
