This charcuterie wreath skewer platter is a simple, make-ahead appetizer that provides an instant centerpiece to any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) Athenos Traditional Block Feta Cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup black olives, pitted
  • 1 cup green olives, pitted
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 can whole artichokes in water, cut in half
  • 3 oz salami, folded into quarters
  • 10-15 rosemary sprigs

Method

  1. Place rosemary sprigs in a circle on a large circular plate or platter.
  2. Thread a feta cube, black olive, green olive, cherry tomato, artichoke piece and salami piece onto each skewer. Place the skewers in a circular pattern on top of the rosemary to create a charcuterie wreath pattern. Serve with pesto on the side if desired.
