Mediterranean Shrimp Skillet

3 servings, about 1 cup each

What You Need

1  Tbsp. oil
2  small zucchini, sliced
1/2  lb. frozen uncooked cleaned large shrimp, thawed
1  cup (about /2 of 4-/2-oz. can) diced tomatoes, undrained
2  Tbsp. KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2  cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1-1/2  cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Make It

Heat  oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add zucchini; cook and stir 1 min. Add shrimp; cook 8 to 10 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
Stir  in tomatoes and dressing; cook on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese.
Serve  over rice.
