Grecian Rice

8 servings, about 2/3 cup each

What You Need

2  Tbsp. olive oil
1/3  cup finely chopped onions
1-1/2  cups long-grain white rice, uncooked
1  can (4-/2 oz.) chicken broth
3/4  cup water
1/2  cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
2  tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2  tsp. black pepper

Make It

Heat  oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Add rice; cook and stir 1 min.
Stir  in broth and water. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 15 min. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Add  cheese, oregano and pepper; mix lightly.
