Chicken and Quinoa Salad with ATHENOS Dressing

6 servings, 2 cups each

What You Need

1/2  cup quinoa, rinsed, toasted
7  cups loosely packed mixed baby salad greens
3  cups shredded cooked chicken
1  cup seedless red grapes, cut in half
4  green onions, thinly sliced
1/2  cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted
3/4  cup ATHENOS Greek Vinaigrette Dressing with Real ATHENOS Feta Cheese

Make It

Cook  quinoa in saucepan of boiling water 10 to 12 min. or until tender; drain. Cool 10 min.
Toss  salad greens with chicken and grapes in large bowl. Top with quinoa, onions and nuts.
Add  dressing just before serving; mix lightly.
