Slow-Cooker Buffalo Chicken Chili

What You Need

2  Tbsp. flour
1/4  cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2  lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
1  can (4.5 oz.) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
1  onion, chopped
1  cup fat-free reduced-sodium vegetable broth
1  can (5 oz.) white beans, rinsed
1  stalk celery, finely chopped
1/2  cup Buffalo wing sauce
1  pkg. (4.5 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese

Make It

Whisk  flour and dressing in large bowl until blended. Add chicken; toss to evenly coat. Place in slow cooker. Add tomatoes, onions and broth; cover with lid.
Cook  on LOW 5 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours), adding beans, celery and wing sauce for the last 30 min.
Serve  topped with cheese.
