Mediterranean-Style Mini Pepper Nachos

What You Need

1/2  cup finely chopped zucchini
1/2  cup chopped tomatoes
1/2  cup drained pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
1/4  cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
1  pkg. (6 oz.) assorted mini sweet peppers (orange, red, yellow)
1  container (7 oz.) ATHENOS Original Hummusor ATHENOS Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
1  pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese

Make It

Heat  broiler.
Combine  first 4 ingredients.
Cut  peppers lengthwise in half; remove membranes and seeds. Place peppers, cut sides up, in single layer in shallow pan. Fill with hummus, zucchini mixture and cheese.
Broil,  4 inches from heat, 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is lightly browned. Cool 5 min. before serving.
