Greek-Style Salmon Salad

What You Need

1/3  cup ATHENOS Greek Vinaigrette Dressing with Real ATHENOS Feta Cheese, divided
1/4  cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
2  tsp. sugar
4  skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.)
1  pkg. (6 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
1  apple, sliced
1/2  cup sliced red onions
1/4  cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

Make It

Mix  1/4 cup dressing, yogurt and sugar until blended.
Heat  remaining dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add fish; cook 5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove from heat.
Toss  salad greens with apples, onions and yogurt mixture; place on platter. Top with fish and cheese.
