ATHENOS Flatbread

Makes 8 servings.

What You Need

1  cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
1  pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato
4  whole wheat pita breads
1/2  cup ATHENOS Original Hummus
1/2  cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/4  cup slivered red onions
1  cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
2  Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil

Make It

Heat  oven to 400ºF.
Blend  yogurt and feta in blender until smooth; spread onto pitas.
Top  with all remaining ingredients except basil. Place on baking sheet.
Bake  10 to 15 min. or until mozzarella is melted and lightly browned. Top with basil.
