What You Need

1  frozen BOCA Vegan Veggie Burger (3.5 oz.)
1  whole wheat pita bread, cut in half
2  Tbsp. ATHENOS Original Hummus
2  Tbsp. ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1  Tbsp. chopped red peppers
1  Tbsp. sliced black olives
1  Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Make It

Cook  burger as directed on package; cut in half.
Spread  insides of pita pockets with hummus.
Fill  with burger halves and remaining ingredients.
